SSDF INC, a Florida C-Corp in Miami, Florida, United States, is the merchant of record. Prices are in USD. Settlement is USDC on Base through Coinbase Business. Coinbase holds hosted checkout. SSDF is not Coinbase Commerce, not a money transmitter, and not a stablecoin issuer.

You buy a license to the SKU described on its product page. Instant rails deliver a file after settlement. Escrowed rails deliver when the desk closes the work. You do not buy a copyright assignment, a Florida deed, title insurance, a security, or a transferable NFT. A Passport is a signed credential. It is not an ERC-721.

An agent that pays an x402 resource accepts these terms. Send X-BUYER-STATE at purchase. Send a UUID v4 X-Idempotency-Key so retries do not open a second checkout. Credit (NET-7) is SSDF-native and only for eligible buyers. Desk Credits are closed-loop store credit, never cash.

Destination is captured at checkout. Florida electronic delivery of these SKUs is not Florida sales-taxable. Computed tax for other states is recorded and is not collected until SSDF is registered there. See Tax and Privacy.
