We keep a sale record. We do not sell the buyer.

Effective 2 September 2026. SSDF INC records what a merchant of record must record. We do not sell personal data. We do not guess your state from an IP or a wallet.

What we collect

SKU, amount, timestamp, destination state (and zip if you send it), buyer reference, wallet when the rail provides it, Passport claims, and webhook payloads from Coinbase Business. Agents may send X-BUYER-STATE and X-Idempotency-Key. Standing Desk may set an operator cookie if a desk key is configured.

What we do not collect

Social Security numbers, bank passwords, or Coinbase private keys. Do not email those. We do not scrape clerk commercial feeds for resale. We do not run live BasisGuard classify on this store.

Who else sees a payment

Coinbase Business processes hosted checkout and may have its own privacy terms and broker reporting. USDC on Base is a public chain. A Passport is meant to be verified; it is not a secret.
