Agent Credit Passport

The purchase is the start of the relationship.

x402 everywhere else is prepaid and anonymous. SSDF mints a Passport on every settlement. Two live (non-demo) passports plus a score of 500 unlock NET-7. A delegated license pulses on first use and pays SSDF a per-SKU royalty. Demo credentials do not underwrite. The credential is a VC-shaped JWT signed HS256 by the desk — verify at GET /api/passport/{id}. It is not a W3C Data Integrity proof.
