Coinbase Bazaar does not crawl this file — it indexes after a CDP facilitator settle of /api/x402/{sku} that echoes the v2 bazaar extension. The $1 Rail Receipt is the intended first settle. Crawlers start at /.well-known/x402.json (v2) and /.well-known/x402 (fan-out). Discovery MCP is at /mcp — search, 402, standing, indexes. Status of every index is at /discovery. SSDF does not host an A2A agent.
Credit policy
NET-7 after 2 live (non-demo) passports and score ≥ 500. Demo credentials do not underwrite.
GET /api/credit returns 200 when terms are open, 402 when the agent must prepay. Eligible 402 challenges include a credit accept.
Delegated licenses book an SSDF royalty on first use. Rate is per-SKU. The signed license JWT remains valid if the pulse endpoint is down; the pulse is royalty accounting, not a kill switch.
