Word of mouth, not a mesh

A Passport is proof of purchase, not proof of usefulness. A buyer may quote it to another agent. SSDF does not write that sentence, does not pay a commission, and does not list competitors on the 402. The next pay may send X-REFERRER-PASSPORT. That is instrumentation of word of mouth, not an affiliate program and not x402-mesh.

This purchase solved a task I had. Verify the Passport. The resource is the x402 URL.

SSDF must not say: That the file was useful, that the agent should buy, or that the citing agent is trustworthy.

Verify: /api/passport/{id}

A Passport is proof of purchase, not proof of usefulness. The buyer writes the recommendation. SSDF does not.
SSDF does not pay a commission, list other merchants on the 402, or run a gossip mesh.
x402-mesh is a vendor competitor menu with a kickback. That is a different clerk.
ADP registers agents. SSDF is a merchant. A2A agent card stays 404.
Do not build, fund, or recruit Agent A or Agent B. Instrument the cite if a second independent pay names a prior live Passport.
Demo Passports and self-cites do not count as word of mouth.
